Dynavox tube preamplifier TPR-43 in metal housing. The TPR-43 is the big brother of the extremely successful TPR-2, namely a sound processor for connection to any music source and, compared to the TPR-2, for connection to up to 6 sources. By looping the signal through a 12AU7 tube, the sound becomes an experience that is otherwise only known from a tube amplifier. A glass window on the front makes this preliminary stage a real eye-catcher due to the glow of the tube. The TPR-43 has a phono input for use in conjunction with MM and MC scanning systems. There are also 4 other inputs that are routed through the tube and one input that can be controlled directly via the volume control without tube preparation.
